net_mlx5 probe of PCI device 0000:b3:00.0 aborted after encountering an error:Operation not supported

EAL: Requested device 0000:b3:00.0 cannot be used

1.确定 这个网卡是否被支持（Operation not supported）

2.绑定这个网卡的时候，这个网卡没有被使用（device 0000:b3:00.0 cannot be used）

检测一下这两个信息。。。
